Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK only.

How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun.

Do you accept returns?
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where possible, faulty or incorrect items will be replaced. Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.
