Made-to-Order Items

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• change of mind

• incorrect size selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guide provided.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at source.store@outlook.com.

When contacting us, please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photos of the item

Where possible, we will offer a replacement. Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun.
Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
